Judging: 09.00 Thursday 28th June - Ivan Cooke Heavy Horse Ring.

Arrival and Departure: Judging takes place on Thursday, see PROVISIONAL timetable on inside front cover. Exhibitors should arrive at the Showground in good time making allowance for possible traffic delays. They may depart after judging or Grand Parade, whichever is later.

Stables: Stabling may be booked at the time of making entries, at a fee of £40. (inc VAT) each per day. Stabling fees will be refunded in respect of entries forward. If a stable is required for groom or harness, the charge of £40. per day (non refundable), should be paid with entry fees.

Entry Fee per Animal: £14.00 (inc VAT) per class.

Prizes: 1st to 4th will each receive £10.

Rosettes will be awarded 1st to 5th place.

Premiums: £40. will be awarded to each entry forward at the Show, where applicable.

Conditions:
i) See also General Conditions at front of Horse Section
ii) The Royal Norfolk Agricultural Association does not require all horses to be shod to be able to enter classes.
iii) New 2012. All prize winners are expected to participate in the Grand Parade
otherwise all monies due to the exhibitor may be withheld.
iv) This show is affiliated to the Suffolk Horse Society (SHS) and classes 1 - 10 are qualifiers for championship points for annually awarded trophies and for the new Supreme Suffolk Horse Championship which will be held at the Suffolk Spectacular on 2nd September 2012.
v) All entries for In Hand classes must be registered in or eligible for registration in the Pedigree register of the UK Suffolk Stud Book. All entries must state their SHS
registration number and full pedigree name including prefix or affix.
(vi) All foals must be eligible for registration in the Pedigree Section of the UK Suffolk Stud Book. Both the sire and the dam must be registered and entered in the pedigree section of the UK Suffolk Stud Book.
(vii) All stallions must be registered in the Pedigree Section of the UK Suffolk Stud book.
All entries must state their SHS registration number, stallion licence number and full
pedigree name including prefix or affix. Discretionary entry to a stallion class maybe
allowed in cases where a licence is pending but not yet issued.
(viii) Points gained at this Show will count towards the Suffolk Horse Society's Centenary Perpetual Challenge Cup, The Robert Peacock Trophy, The Brian Cooper Perpetual Trophy and The Cherrytrees George Murray Trophy.
(ix) Classes may be amalgamated if insufficient entries forward.
