HORSE OF THE YEAR SHOW CUDDY SUPREME IN HAND CHAMPIONSHIP 2012 QUALIFIER Judge: Mr Tom Barron - Co. Durham - (Mybella Stud) Judging: Thursday 28th June at 16:15 hrs in the Wensum Ring. Class C1. The following class is a qualifier for the Cuddy Supreme In-Hand Championship, N.E.C., Birmingham, 3rd -7th October 2012. The objective of the competition is to find the supreme light horse or pony in-hand champion of the year, irrespective of breed or type (excluding heavy horses). The Champion horse or pony from the following classes will be eligible to compete, provided it has not already won a qualifying round in 2012. The Champions of each of the following Royal Norfolk Show Classes are invited to enter this class: Arab/Part Bred Arab, Hack & Riding Horse - In Hand, Hunter - In Hand, Mountain & Moorland Ponies In Hand - Shetland, Dartmoor, Exmoor, Connemara & New Forest, Highland, Dales & Fell, Welsh A, B, C & D sections, Riding Pony - In Hand, Show Hunter Ponies - In Hand, Skewbald & Piebald and Sport Horse - In Hand If the Champion has already qualified or is ineligible, then the reserve champion of that section may come forward, provided it has not already qualified and is eligible. If both Champion and Reserve Champion have already qualified or are ineligible then the section will not be represented in this qualifying round. Foal champions are not eligible. Awards: Champion: Horse of the Year Show Cuddy Champion rosette & sash. Reserve: Horse of the Year Show Cuddy Reserve Champion rosette Prize Money: Champion £125.00 Reserve Champion £75.00 (N.B.Prize money will be paid after Horse of the Year Show 2012by Grandstand Media Ltd).
