43Single Heavy Horse (Mare or Gelding), of any heavy horse breed, in harness to Wagon or Tumbrel with no springs or high seats, owned and shown by exhibitor.

Class 39 (Teams) - 11.00 Wednesday 26th June - Grand Ring

Classes 40 & 41 (Pairs) - 15.35 Wednesday 26th June - Grand Ring

Classes 42 & 43 (Single)- 13.20 Thursday 27th June - Grand Ring

Arrival and Departure: Animals may arrive on the day before the Show or up to 08.00 on the first day of the Show. They may depart after 14.30 on the second day.

Stables: A boarded loose box may be hired, at a fee of £40.00 (inc VAT), to be paid with entry fees. Stabling fees will be refunded in respect of heavy horse turnout entries forward.

Entry Fee per Class: £15.00 (inc VAT).

Prizes: Class 39 - 1st to 4th £260 each, Remaining Teams forward each receive £160.
Classes 40 & 41 - 1st to 4th £200 each - Remaining Pairs forward each receive £100.
Classes 42 & 43 - 1st to 4th £150 each - Remaining Singles forward each receive £100.

Rosettes & Cards will be awarded 1st to 5th place.

Conditions:
i) No Stallions to be entered in any of the Heavy Horse Turnout classes.
ii) See also General Conditions at front of Horse Section.
iii) The judge will be instructed to make awards on the basis of a maximum of 50% for the Horse or Horses, 35 % for the Harness and Vehicle and 15% for Handling.
iv) All turnouts will be required to execute a laid out course.
v) Points gained at this Show will count towards the Suffolk Horse Society's Duphar Cup.
vi) Classes are open to any heavy horse breed.
