Judging commences: Thursday 27th June - Light Horse Ring

Conditions:
(i) Sport Horse Breeding of Great Britain (H.I.S.) Rules and Regulations for Affiliated Shows apply. Classes 70 to 73 are qualifiers for 'The National Hunter Supreme Championship Show' and only horses registered on the current year Show Hunter Register are eligible to enter. Registrations numbers must be quoted on entry forms and owners and riders must be members of the Society. The three highest placed horses in each class will qualify to enter at the NHSCS. No horse lower than third in its class will qualify.
(ii) The SHB (GB) (HIS) requires all entries to be registered. SHB(GB) tel no 01732 866277.
(iii) Classes 70, 71, 72 & 75 are qualifying competitions for the Horse of the Year Show, 9th-13th October 2013.
In the Lightweight, Middleweight, Heavyweight and Working Hunter classes, the highest placed unqualified horse in the first three will qualify to enter at the Horse of the Year Show.
No horse lower than third will qualify.
In the Working Hunter Class, the highest placed unqualified horse in the first three will qualify to enter at the Horse of the Year Show. No horse lower than third will qualify.
(iv) Hunter classes will be judged under the SHB(GB) rules, see Ridden and Working Hunter General Rules for Dress, Tack and Turnout requirements.
(v) All Ridden Hunters must be shod all round. No pads or surgical shoes are allowed.
(vi) No hind boots or bandages of any description are allowed in the collecting ring, warm up or in the actual class in Working Hunter.
(vii) The Society discourages the showing of over fat horses and Judges will take this into consideration when making their awards.
(viii) This Show, Class 73, is a qualifier for the Ponies (UK) Brineton Small Hunter Championship. Riders to be any age. The 1st, 2nd & 3rd in each qualifying class will qualify. No qualification cards will be awarded in the ring, placing will be confirmed by results sent in by the show secretary. Non Members have 14 days to register with Ponies (UK) following the Show.
(ix) This Show classes 70, 71 & 72 are qualifiers for the Ponies (UK) Whittakers Lord Open Hunter Championship. The 1st, 2nd & 3rd in each qualifying class will qualify.
No qualification cards will be awarded in the ring, placing will be confirmed by results sent in by the show secretary. Non Members have 14 days to register with Ponies (UK) following the Show.
(x) If the judge considers that any exhibit in the Light Weight or Middle Weight classes is up to more than the specified weight, that exhibit will be transferred to a higher weight class.
(xi) This show is a qualifier for the Equifest Supreme Ridden Hunter Championship taking place at the East of England Showground 2013. The Champion Ridden hunter from class C27 will qualify. In the event that the Champion has already qualified, the qualification may pass no lower than the Reserve Champion. Full details on the Finals will be sent to all qualified exhibitors by the East of England Agricultural Society.
(xii) Judges will be asked to restrict riding to those entries selected for final consideration, having due regard to the judging time available.
(xiii) A limit of 40 will be imposed on entries accepted in class 75 irrespective of the entry closing date.
(xiv) Classes 70, 71, 72 & 73 are qualifiers for the National Hunter Supreme Championship Show. The 1st, 2nd & 3rd in each qualifying class will qualify
