RIDING PONIES - IN HAND

Judge: Mrs Bryer - Somerset - Harroway Stud

Judging Commences: 08:00 Wednesday 26th June - Wensum Ring B

Conditions:
i) These classes are held under N.P.S. Rules.
ii) Brood Mares to be 4 years old or over. Foals must be at least FOUR weeks
old at date of Show.
iii) This show is a qualifier for the NPS Show Pony In hand Supreme National Championship.
NPS Show Pony and Show Hunter Pony Qualifying Rounds: These classes are judged under the Rules of the NPS. Ponies must be registered in the NPS British Riding Pony Stud Book, Register, Appendix, International or Sports Pony section of the BRPSB, the GSB, the AHSB, the AASB or in the main body of their respective Mountain & Moorland Stud Books. Part-Breds are not eligible unless entered in the NPS British Riding Pony Stud Book, Register, Appendix, International or Sports Pony section of the BRPSB. Ponies must be plaited.
Qualifying rounds are open to ponies owned by NPS members and non-members but only ponies owned by adult NPS Qualifying or Life members are eligible to qualify for the final of the competition at the NPS Summer Championship Show at Malvern from 6th - 8th August 2013.
Ponies eligible for the Championship final at the NPS Summer Championship Show are the first three ponies from each class, if owned by NPS members, for show ponies not exceeding 148cms at maturity.
NPS/Rosettes Direct Home Produced Ridden Championship - Riders of Home Produced ponies (see definition in the NPS Rules Book) can wear a white arm band in classes where this is indicated. These ponies, if owned by NPS members, are then eligible to qualify for the final at the NPS Summer Championship Show.
(iv) This Show, class C46 is a qualifier for Ponies (UK) "Peek-A-Boo" Riding Pony/Horse In Hand/Hunter Championship. The 1st, 2nd & 3rd will qualify for the 2012 P (UK) Summer National Championships. No qualification cards will be awarded in the ring, placings will be confirmed by results sent in by show secretary. Non Members have 14 days to register with Ponies (UK) following the Show.
