BERKSHIRE

This Show is a qualifier for the Berkshire Pig Breeders Club 'Champion of Champions 2019', which is sponsored by the Newbury and District Agricultural Society.

Judging: Wednesday - Pig Ring 1
Classes commence at 8.30am

Entry Fee per Class: £16 (inc VAT)
Championship (C) & Special (S) Classes - NO Entry Fee unless stated.

Prizes: 1st £30, 2nd £24, 3rd £18, 4th £13.
Rosettes & cards will be awarded 1st - 4th

Premiums: £5 will be awarded to each entry forward in the breed classes.

Conditions:
i) See General Conditions at the front of the Pig Section.
ii) All entries must be registered with BPA.
iii) Classes may be amalgamated at the discretion of the steward or any representative of the RNAA.
iv) To enable this section to run, a minimum of 3 exhibitors and at least 2 entries per class is required.
v) The Champion Berkshire pig, unless already qualified at a previous show, will go forward to the 'Champion of Champions 2019. Final at the Royal County of Berkshire Show on the 22 September 2019. If the Champion has already qualified, the Reserve Champion will go forward. No pig may qualify more than once. In the event of the Reserve Champion having previously qualified the judge will be asked to nominate another pig to go forward to the final.
