THE BLUE CHIP FLAT RIDDEN SPORT HORSE CLASS - the highest placed 4 year old, 5 year old and 6+ year old to qualify for THE BLUE CHIP FLAT RIDDEN SPORT HORSE CHAMPIONSHIP to be held at the National Hunter Show 2013. In the event that there are no 4 year olds or no 5 year olds, the top 3 horses, of any age and not already qualified, will qualify (qualification to pass down the line). The 3 qualifiers will each receive a Blue Chip cap and qualifier rosette, with the following prizes awarded; 1st - £30 voucher, 2nd - 6th - £10 voucher. Horses to be shown on the flat, will not be required to jump. Snaffle bridles must be worn. Note. Horses have to be registered with SHB (GB). Horses will not be ridden by the judge but will be required to give a short individual show of walk, trot & canter of approximately 1 minute, to be awarded marks out of a possible 20 for each pace. Lengthened strides in trot and canter must be shown. Marks All horses are required for a conformation assessment to be awarded marks out of a possible 50. Vouchers: 1st £40, 2nd £15, 3rd £15, 4th £15, 5th £15, 6th £15 Rosettes to 6th place, to be provided by show, £30 Voucher to the highest placed Four Year Old A Blue Chip Cap will be awarded to every competitor who qualifies The two highest placed horses will qualify that haven't already qualified. |
