HEAVY HORSES The Stuart Group Supreme In Hand Royal Norfolk Show Championship Judge: Mrs Betty Powell - Fakenham Judging: Thursday 30th June 2011 approx 4.40 p.m. in the Wensum Ring. The object is to find the Supreme In Hand Show Champion, irrespective of Breed or Type. Prize Money, kindly sponsored by The Stuart Group, Attleborough, Norfolk Champion £500. + sash, Reserve Champion £250. + sash 1st Reserve £100.+ sash. 4th £50, 5th £35, 6th £25. C1. Horses and Ponies eligible to compete are the Champions from the following In Hand classes:- Heavy Horses - Shire, Suffolk, Percheron. Light Horses - Anglo/Part Bred Arab, Arab, Haflinger, Hunter, In Hand Sports Horse, In Hand Hack & Riding Horse, In Hand Show Hunter Pony, In Hand Riding Pony, Shetland, Welsh, Non Welsh Mountain & Moorland, Skewbald & Piebald and Veteran. An English leather head collar will also be awarded to the highest placed exhibit which is owned and stabled within the County of Norfolk. This Show is a qualifier for the 'THE DERBY HOUSE' SUPREME IN HAND CHAMPIONSHIP The Supreme In Hand Champion will qualify, if the Champion has already qualified then the Reserve Champion will go forward. Only the Champion or Reserve Champion will qualify. The final to be held at The North of England In Hand & Mountain & Moorland Show on 17th July 2011.
