| ROYAL NORFOLK SHOW 2013 LIGHT HORSES Stables: Stabling may be booked at the time of making entries at a fee of £40.00 (inc VAT) each per day. There will be no refund on cancellation. Stabling can be booked for the following periods: DAY 1 -Tuesday 25th June from 18:00 until 18:00 Wednesday 26th June. DAY 2 - Wednesday 26th June from 18:00 until end of Show - Thursday 27th June. Bedding LEAVE YOUR BEDDING AT HOME AND BUY IT AT THE SHOW New bedding supplying will be on site from Tuesday 25th June for competitors that have booked stables to purchase bedding. John Egmore Bedding can be be contacted on 01379 674663 or 07799 643050 to pre-order bedding for those competitors that wish to be really organised. Late entries will NOT be accepted and entries in all sections will be subject to space, availability and verification by the appropiate Breed Society. Breed Societies: Please ensure that your membership is current with the appropiate Breed Society for the section you are entering and all equines are registered where required. Membership numbers must be stated on the entry forms. Entry Fees (All entry Fees include VAT) Light Horse Class Entry (other than any classes listed below) £27.00 Horse of the Year Show Qualifying Classes: £38.00 52, 53, 54, 70, 71, 72, 75, 76, 77, 103, 104, 105, 106, 107, 108, 109, 110, 112, 113 (This includes £11.00 Horse of the Year Show contribution) Royal International Horse Show Qualifying Classes: 124, 125, 126, 127 £35.50 (This includes £8.50 RIHS contribution) Team Competition - Class 139 £50.00 Prize Money Rosettes for places 1st to 7th will be awarded in all Classes 1st 2nd 3rd 4th 5th Each Class (other than any listed below) 40 35 30 25 20 Working Hunter - Class 75 75 60 45 35 25 INSTRUCTIONS, TICKETS, VEHICLE PASSES, etc. All persons entering the Showground, including the drivers of livestock and horse boxes must have a valid entrance ticket or pass otherwise they will be required to pay the full price of admission at the entrance gate to the Showground. Full instructions, admission wristbands, vehicle passes, etc., will be issued to all exhibitors approximately fourteen days prior to the Show. Ticket Entitlement & Vehicle Passes will be as follows:- Please note all tickets will only be valid for day of class/es and not subsequent show day. Wristbands will be provided for the day of your class Support vehicle passes will be supplied where multiple vehicle passes are allocated Light Horse ticket allocation is based on the number of equines entered, not on the number of classes entered Light Horse Section: Numbers of equines entered Wrist bands Vehicle pass/es 1 equine 2 1 2 equines 3 1 3 equines 4 1 4 equines 5 2 (inc 1 Support pass) 5 equines 6 2 (inc 1 Support pass) Extra admission passes, valid for either day of the Show, can be purchased at the cost of £16.00 inc VAT per wristband. Please Note. Immediately on receipt of your ticket pack, exhibitors are asked to check the contents. Please note that different coloured wristbands will be issued for each day of the Show. No tickets or duplicate tickets/passes will be posted after Tuesday 18th June 2013. No duplicate tickets or passes will be issued during the Show period free of charge. Security will be present and any exhibitor/s found displaying counterfeit passes may be removed from the Show and any money which maybe due to them will be forfeited and further entry refused.
