| LIGHT HORSES Please note new sections for 2012 Stables: Stabling may be booked at the time of making entries at a fee of £40.00 (inc VAT) each per day. There will be no refund on cancellation. Stabling can be booked for the following periods: Tuesday 26th June from 18:00 until 18:00 Wednesday 27th June. Wednesday 27th June from 18:00 until end of Show - Thursday 28th June. Please note NO STRAW WILL BE PROVIDED - please bring your own bedding. Late entries will NOT be accepted and entries in all sections will be subject to space and availability. Entry Fees (All entry Fees include VAT). Each Light Horse Entry (other than any classes listed below) £26.00 Horse of the Year Show Qualifying Classes - 54, 55, 56, 71, 72, 73, 75, 76, £36.50 85, 86, 114, 115, 116, 117, 118, 119, 120, 122, 123 (This includes £10.50 HOYS contribution) Royal International Horse Show Qualifying Classes 134 to 137 £34.00 (This includes £8.00 RIHS contribution) Team Competition - Class 148 £48.00 Private Driving & Trade Classes and Scurry Driving - per team - see Private Driving section for Entry fee and information. Prize Money Rosettes for places 1st to 7th will be awarded in all Classes 1st 2nd 3rd 4th 5th Each Class (other than any listed below) 40 35 30 25 20 Working Hunter - Class 76 75 60 45 35 25 INSTRUCTIONS, TICKETS, VEHICLE PASSES, etc. All persons entering the Showground, including the drivers of livestock and horse boxes must have a valid entrance ticket or pass otherwise they will be required to pay the full price of admission at the entrance gate to the Showground. Full instructions, admission wristbands, vehicle passes, etc., will be issued to all exhibitors approximately fourteen days prior to the Show. Ticket Entitlement & Vehicle Passes will be as follows:- Please note all tickets will only be valid for day of class/es and not subsequent show day. 1 entry - 2 admission passes & 1 vehicle pass 2 exhibits - 3 admission passes & 1 vehicle pass 3 exhibits - 4 admission passes & 1 vehicle pass 4 exhibits - 5 admission passes & 2 vehicle passes Extra admission passes, valid for either day of the Show, can be purchased at the cost of £16.00 inc VAT per wristband. Please Note. Immediately on receipt of their ticket pack, exhibitors are asked to check the contents. Please note that different coloured wristbands will be issued for each day of the Show. No tickets or duplicate tickets/passes will be posted after Tuesday 19th June 2012. No duplicate tickets or passes will be issued during the Show period free of charge. Security will be present and any exhibitor/s found displaying counterfeit passes may be removed from the Show and any money which maybe due to them will be forfeited and further entry refused.
